Order Picker Team:
Pivot is looking to add reliable and enthusiastic members to our Order Picking/Packing Team, who are comfortable working independently while communicating with our Operations Specialist Team to pick and prepare orders that are selected for deliveries. This position is a permanent, part-time job with the possibility of on-call, morning, afternoon, evening, week, and weekend shifts, ranging from 12-32hrs a week depending on customer demand. The Order Picker position starts at $17/hr.
Candidates should have these qualities:
- Proficient in technology, using applications and scanners to complete shift tasks as well as communicate with our Operations Team
- Strong communication skills, comfortable communicating via instant message, phone call, and video chat with telepresence robots to keep our Operations Team informed during your shifts
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring products are properly prepared and packed in colour-coordinated delivery bags for our Courier Team
- Enjoys physical activity, including standing, walking, crouching, as well as comfortably lifting and carrying 5-50lbs
- Strong attention to detail, making sure new, returned, and restocked items are placed in correct bays
- Focus on cleanliness, keeping work stations warehouse safe and tidy
