DGS Astro Paving, a division of Terus Construction Ltd., is seeking a Shop Helper. This position is based in Fort ST John, BC.
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Post secondary certificate an asset
- Mechanical trades training an asset.
Work Setting
- In Shop
- In Yard
- Outdoors
Tasks
- move tools and equipment, along with other materials and parts.
- Perform laboring activities to help trades person and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work area
- Mechanical activities including services, oil changes, mechanical repairs, installations
Requirements
Transportation
- must have own transportation
- Valid class 5 drivers license (driving abstract upon request)
Weight handling
- Up to 23kg(50lbs) and over.
- bending, kneeling, walking, lifting.
