Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

  • · Follow all applicable transportation regulated laws and acts to transport product from growers and suppliers to the warehouse, or vice versa.
  • · Ensure driver logs are being properly filled in.
  • · Ensure the trucks are kept cleaned daily.
  • · Fill out BOLs, Logs, Packing Slips, etc., in accordance to TriSon Farms policies.
  • · Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OHSA, Food Safety, WSIB, CFIA, USDA, provincial and federal laws.
  • · Assist with Shipping and Receiving Team Member duties when not out on deliveries or pickups.
  • · Receive incoming shipments in a timely fashion while adhering to Trison Shipping and Receiving procedures and policies.
  • · Properly rotate product according to size, date and quantity.
  • · Promptly organize warehouse so that all similar product is grouped together based on Trison policies and procedures.
  • · Ability to follow allocations and load proper produce.
  • · Ability to accurately count and review product in a timely manner.
  • · Stage orders using Trison Shipping and Receiving policies and procedures as a guideline.
  • · Adhere to all safety and quality policies and procedures.
  • · Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse is maintained daily.
  • · Other duties as assigned by the Shipping/Receiving Team Leader.

Additional Skills

  • · Valid DZ License with at least 1 year experience
  • · Clean drivers abstract
  • · Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • · Good written and oral communication skills with an attention to detail
  • · Must be able to provide a clean abstract
  • · Must possess a valid forklift license

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
