Location : Oshawa, ON Job type : Full-time Permanent. Wage : up to $28 / hr(Based on experience) Timing : 8 am to 4 pm Job Duties and Responsibility.

  • Understand welding blueprints, and drawing specifications.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and / or specifications
  • Prioritize workload based on production requirements and work within allotted hours and budget.
  • Ability to evaluate weld quality to ensure suitable welds are applied the first time in preparation for quality inspection.
  • Safely apply welds per specifications to produce the completed product
  • Produce assemblies of metalwork pieces to quality and efficiency standards, including repetitive lifting
  • Perform quality checks as prescribed and report issues to the Manager
