Job Title: Personal Support Worker
Location: Bruce County Owen Sound, Ontario
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $20.60/Hour
Responsibilities :
- Provide skilled care for daily living activities following corporate policies and nursing standards.
- Assist registered staff with nursing measures.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure holistic resident care aligned with RhynoCare’s values.
- Assist with resident meal service and restorative nursing.
- Collaborate for effective resident care completion during shifts.
- Execute care following legislation, best practices, and corporate policies.
- Participate in risk management and quality improvement programs.
- Mentor new staff and promote educational opportunities.
- Attend safety meetings and adhere to health protocols.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in verbal and written English; second language proficiency is an asset.
- Completion of Ministry-approved PSW Training Program or equivalent.
- Facility PSW experience preferred.
- Meet health surveillance requirements.
- Clear criminal background check within the past year.
