All positions within GHHS require:
- Min 1-year experience in a long-term care setting
- Diploma and CNO
- Vulnerable Sector Check (Valid within 6 months)
- 2-step TB or chest x-ray (Valid within 3 months)
- Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- COVID passport with QR showing at least 3 doses of the vaccine
- Current N95 and CPR certificates
